I am so thankful, so grateful, for the Bionic Gym. I still believe I'll be back running later this year, and right now my hope is fueled by Bionic Gym. You need the commitment to yourself, otherwise this would most likely be yet another exercise tool on a shelf somewhere. Would I buy it again, hell yeah! I can't wait to see results 6 months ahead. It is a magic bullet to a new and better life, no. My impression is that Bionic Gym seems genuinly interested in feedback, and working with their users.ĭoes it take time, yes. And I can fit in 10+ hours of activity a week, while working.ĭelivery took less than a week, and support has been most helpful for my newbie questions. My heart is pumping, and sweat is running, I am amazed how good it works. Two months later I've shaken off about 7 kilo, and use it do deal with my increased blood sugar. The Bionic Gym looked to be too good to be true, the science behind it did however ring true. The last year has limited oppertunities for training quite a bit, and I have a neck prolapse that restrains me from visiting the dojo. It's like exercising – you can either walk, jog, or run a marathon. Yes, most people start using it at lower exercise intensity levels, and it still produces results. Your cardiovascular system works harder to deliver this blood, i.e., it trains. If enough muscle is actively contracting at optimal rates, they will shout out for blood to supply the oxygen and energy. Impulses through the BionicGym Wraps stimulate the motor-neurons in the legs and glutei, telling them to contract repeatedly. Muscles begin to shake in small movements, creating warmth by expending energy.

Shivering is Nature's hack to burn calories.

"It's real exercise!" Why and how does it work? Until they put the BionicGym on their thighs, and eventually started sweating. "It sounds too good to be true," some of our customers used to say.
